This guide uses the tinvo plant’s single helical gear record as the operating envelope for selecting the helix angle, module, AGMA accuracy class, and material grade for parallel-shaft and gearbox-mounted mill drives. The numbers quoted here (helix 8° to 25°, module M1.5 to M20, AGMA 8 to AGMA 10) are within the working range we have shipped for rolling mill gearboxes, roll-neck drives, and auxiliary transmission.
