The TINVO QC Workflow
Material Verification: Every batch of raw material (HSS, Alloy Steel, Magnesium) must come with an original Mill Test Certificate (MTC). We conduct spectral analysis to verify chemical composition.
In-Process Monitoring: For critical orders like gearboxes or HPHT tools, we station engineers at the factory (e.g., in Nanjing or Maanshan) to monitor heat treatment and dimensional milestones.
High-Precision Measurement:
- CMM Inspection:For parts requiring sub-micron precision.
- Chemical Analysis: To ensure alloy composition meets technical specifications.
- Hardness Testing:Ensuring HSD/HRC consistency across the entire roll surface.
- NDT (Non-Destructive Testing):Ultrasonic and Magnetic Particle inspection for internal defects.
- Pre-Shipment Audit :Final visual check, packaging integrity audit, and documentation review before the cargo leaves the port.
