Flying Shear Blade
It has good wear resistance, high strength and toughness, and can withstand the impact force and friction force during high-speed shearing; the cutting edge of the blade has undergone special treatment, is sharp and durable, and can ensure the flatness and accuracy of shearing. Specifically designed to eliminate the risk of edge chipping, protecting your downstream rolling equipment.
Introduction
Flying shear blades are mainly suitable for cold and hot transverse shearing, longitudinal cutting, cold rolling, hot rolling, etc. of thin, medium and thick plates. The materials mainly adopt high-quality alloy tool steels such as H13, DCH345, HBK, 3Cr2W8V, SLD, 5crw2si, H126crW2si, etc., with good wear resistance, heat resistance and impact resistance, sharp cutting edge, durable, ensuring high shear steel output. The warm shear blades of quality bars mainly adopt high-quality tool steels and alloy die steels such as 6CrW2si, 65NB, DCH345, H13K, HMB, etc. for manufacturing, with wear resistance, smooth incision, and the overall cutting edge of the tool is sharp after heat treatment, and has good wear resistance and impact resistance.
Flying shear blades are critical components in continuous rolling mills, designed to cut moving metal bars, wire rods, or strips without interrupting production. Because these blades operate under extreme centrifugal forces and high-frequency impacts, TINVO utilizes specialized materials and advanced manufacturing processes to ensure every cut is precise and every blade is durable.
Extreme Impact Toughness: Our blades are engineered from premium shock-resistant tool steels (such as H13, 6CrW2Si, and specialized alloys) that can withstand the violent force of high-speed shearing without chipping or breaking.
Thermal Fatigue Resistance: For hot rolling applications, our flying shear knives undergo specialized heat treatments to maintain edge hardness and structural integrity even when exposed to rapid heating and cooling cycles.
Exceptional Edge Stability: Through vacuum tempering and precision grinding, we achieve a refined microstructure that provides superior edge retention, significantly extending the intervals between blade changes.
Dynamic Balance & Precision Fit: Every blade is machined to strict tolerances for flatness and parallelism, ensuring a perfect fit in the rotary shear drum and reducing vibration during high-speed operation.
Custom Solutions for Modern Mills: We provide tailored blade geometries for all major flying shear brands, optimized for your specific material grade, cutting temperature, and production speed.
Application
Flying Shear Blade is mainly used for shearing cold rolling and hot rolling metal materials. Widely used in industries such as steel, metallurgy, and metal processing, for shearing various metal materials such as steel plates, steel pipes, section steels, and wire rods.
