Advanced Engineering for High-Precision Rotation Requirements

When your application demands exceptional rotational accuracy and minimal frictional torque, TINVO’s high-precision slewing bearings provide the ultimate solution. Engineered with tightened tolerances and optimized internal geometries, our precision series ensures smooth, stable, and highly repeatable motion for the most sensitive industrial and medical systems.

  • Ultra-Low Runout & Clearance: We achieve superior rotational accuracy through precision-ground raceways and strictly controlled ball/roller diameters. Our bearings can be configured with zero clearance or specific preload to eliminate backlash and enhance system stiffness.

  • Optimized Smoothness: Every precision slewing ring undergoes specialized finishing processes to minimize noise and vibration, making them ideal for high-speed medical imaging equipment and precision laboratory instruments.

  • Specialized Material & Heat Treatment: To ensure long-term accuracy, we utilize high-cleanliness alloy steels and advanced induction hardening techniques that maintain surface integrity even under continuous high-precision cycles.

  • Tailored for Robotics & CNC: Designed to meet the rigorous demands of multi-axis robots and CNC indexing tables, our bearings provide the compact footprint and high load capacity required for modern automation.

  • Rigorous Metrology Testing: Every unit is fully inspected and documented for radial and axial runout, ensuring that the product you receive meets or exceeds your specified tolerance grade (P5, P4, or custom).

FAQ

Q: What is the maximum diameter TINVO can supply?

A: TINVO manufactures slewing bearings from 200mm to 3,000mm outer diameter. Custom sizes outside this range are available for specific project requirements.

Q: What tolerance class do your slewing bearings meet?

A: Standard production meets ISO 2768-m. Precision applications (robotics, indexing) can be supplied to ISO 2768-f with radial runout ≤ 0.02mm. State your requirement at inquiry.

Q: Can I get a custom gear configuration?

A: Yes. We offer internal gear, external gear, and gearless configurations. Gear quality can be specified to ISO 1328-1 Grade 5–9 depending on your motion precision requirements.

Q: What is the lead time for custom slewing bearings?

A: Standard sizes (200–800mm ID): 3–5 weeks. Large custom sizes (1,500mm+ ID): 8–14 weeks including forging, machining, and inspection. Rush orders available with surcharge.

Q: Do you provide load test reports?

A: Yes. Every bearing ships with a dimensional inspection report. Optional load test certificate and third-party witnessed testing (SGS, Bureau Veritas) can be arranged.

Q: Are your slewing bearings suitable for offshore use?

A: Yes. TINVO supplies offshore-grade slewing bearings with enhanced corrosion protection (cathodic coating, marine-grade grease) meeting DNV and ABS requirements.

Q: How do I select the right type for my crane?

A: Match your crane capacity (tonnage) and configuration (boom angle, slewing torque) to the load rating table above. For cranes above 100t capacity or high-cycle applications (>500 cycles/day), specify double-row ball or three-row roller types. Contact TINVO engineering for free selection support.

Technical Parameters Section

Rated Load Capacity: TINVO slewing bearings are rated for axial loads from 35 kN (single-row ball, 200mm ID) to 4,800 kN (three-row roller, 3,000mm ID). Dynamic and static load ratings are calculated per ISO/TS 16281 and AGMA standards.

Tolerance Class: Standard production tolerance is ISO 2768-m (medium). Precision-grade option (ISO 2768-f) is available for robotic and indexer applications, providing radial runout ≤ 0.02mm and gear accuracy to ISO 1328-1 Grade 7.

Mounting Configurations: Three standard mount options — flange mount (most common for cranes), internal gear mount (integrated pinion, compact design), and external gear mount (easier maintenance, standard pinion). Custom bolt hole patterns and face geometries are available for ODM/OEM orders.

Lubrication: Shipped with lithium-based grease (NLGI Grade 2). Sealed on all faces with nitrile rubber (NBR) gaskets. Optional food-grade or high-temp (up to 200°C) grease available for special environments.
