Splined Shaft
TINVO specializes in manufacturing high-performance splined shafts designed to transmit high torque while maintaining precise alignment. Whether you require standard dimensions or complex custom geometries, our engineering team ensures that every shaft meets the most rigorous industrial standards for fit and durability.
Splined Shaft & Long Shaft
A splined shaft is a type of mechanical transmission component. Like flat keys, half-round keys, and tapered keys, it transmits mechanical torque. Longitudinal keyways are machined into the shaft’s outer surface, and rotating components mounted on the shaft feature corresponding keyways to ensure synchronous rotation with the shaft. While rotating, some components can also slide longitudinally along the shaft, such as shift gears in a transmission.
Advanced Manufacturing Processes: Our facility utilizes precision hobbing, milling, and grinding to achieve tight tolerances. We also offer specialized heat treatments, including Induction Hardening and Carburizing, to enhance surface wear resistance while maintaining core toughness.
Material Excellence: We work with high-grade alloy steels such as 42CrMo (AISI 4140), 20CrMnTi, and Stainless Steel, ensuring your drive shafts can withstand extreme operational stresses.

Application

Types of Splines We Manufacture:
Involute Splines: Optimized for high strength and pressure angle consistency, ideal for heavy-duty gearboxes.
Parallel (Straight-Sided) Splines: The classic choice for sliding connections and general mechanical drive systems.
Serrated Splines: Perfect for applications requiring precise angular positioning in small diameters.
Customization
From internal splines to external spline shafts with integrated gears, we provide full-service manufacturing based on your technical drawings or samples.
